  "text": "In section 90 of that Act (index to Part III)—\n(a) in the entry relating to the expression “Conditional offer”, for the words “Section 75(4)” there shall be substituted the words “ Section 75(3) ”; and\n(b) at the end of the entry relating to the expression “Fixed penalty clerk” there shall be added the words “ and 75(4) ”.",
