# Road Traffic Act 1991, Paragraph 55


(1) Section 50 of that Act (appeals against determinations) shall be amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (1) for the words “an area” onwards there shall be substituted the words “ the Secretary of State ”.
(3) Subsections (2) and (3) shall be omitted.
