  "text": "In Schedule 2 to that Act (provisions relating to vehicles and their drivers) after the entry relating to section 100 of the Transport Act 1968 there shall be inserted the following entry—\n“\nSection 40A of the Road Traffic Act 1988.\nTo create offence of using motor vehicle or trailer in dangerous condition etc.\n”",
