  "text": "(1) Schedule 3 shall have effect for the purpose of making provision with respect to areas outside London corresponding to that made with respect to London, and areas within London, under sections 63 to 79 of this Act.\n(2) In this section “London” has the same meaning as it has in Part II of this Act.",
