  "text": "In section 24(3) of the Criminal Justice Act 1972—\n(a) in paragraph (a), for “section 101(4) of the Road Traffic Act 1972” there is substituted “ section 27(3) of the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988 ”, and\n(b) in paragraph (b), for “section 95” there is substituted “ section 42 ” and for “subsection (4)” there is substituted “ subsection (5) ” and for “section 105(5) of that Act” there is substituted “ section 47(4) of that Act ”.",
