# Road Traffic (Consequential Provisions) Act 1988, Paragraph 23


In section 9(5) of the Criminal Attempts Act 1981, for “section 190(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1972” there is substituted “ section 185(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1988 ”.
