# Road Traffic (Consequential Provisions) Act 1988, Paragraph 26


In the definition of “motor vehicle” in section 8(1) of the Cycle Tracks Act 1984, for “the Road Traffic Act 1972” there is substituted “ the Road Traffic Act 1988 ”.
