# Road Traffic (Consequential Provisions) Act 1988, Paragraph 28


In section 1(1E)(a) of the Elections (Northern Ireland) Act 1985, after “Part III of the Road Traffic Act 1972” there is inserted “ or Part III of the Road Traffic Act 1988 ”.
