# Road Traffic (Consequential Provisions) Act 1988, Paragraph 30


In paragraph 20 of Schedule 13 to the Local Government Act 1985, for “section 144(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Act 1972” there is substituted “ section 144(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Act 1988 ”.
