# Road Traffic (Consequential Provisions) Act 1988, Paragraph 31


In paragraph 3(a) of Schedule 7 to the Transport Act 1985, for “section 43 of the Road Traffic Act 1972” there is substituted “ section 45 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 ”.
