# Road Traffic (Consequential Provisions) Act 1988, Paragraph 33


In section 1(2)(a) of the Motor Cycle Noise Act 1987, for “made under section 40 of the Road Traffic Act 1972” there is substituted “ made or having effect as if made under section 41 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 ”.
