# Road Traffic (Consequential Provisions) Act 1988, Paragraph 35


In the definition of “motor vehicle” in section 45 of the Consumer Protection Act 1987, for “the Road Traffic Act 1972” there is substituted “ the Road Traffic Act 1988 ”.
