# Road Traffic (Consequential Provisions) Act 1988, Paragraph 39


In section 40 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988, in subsection 3(c) for “section 99(b) of the Road Traffic Act 1972” there is substituted “ section 103(1)(b) of the Road Traffic Act 1988 ”.
