  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order brings into force the Road Traffic (New Drivers) Act 1995.\nThe provisions of the Act conferring powers on the Secretary of State to make regulations, together with some related provisions and part of section 10 (which provides for the Act’s short title and extent), are brought into force on 1st March 1997. The remaining provisions are brought into force on 1st June 1997.",
