# The Road Traffic (NHS Charges) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 2002, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement, interpretation and application


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (NHS Charges) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 1st January 2003.
(2) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Road Traffic (NHS Charges) Regulations 1999.
(3) These Regulations apply to England and Wales.
