# The Road Traffic (NHS Charges) Amendment Regulations 2001, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (NHS Charges) Amendment Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 28th January 2002.
(2) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Road Traffic (NHS Charges) Regulations 1999.
(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.
