# The Road Traffic (NHS Charges) Amendment Regulations 2001, Regulation 3: Saving


Notwithstanding regulation 2 above, in relation to an incident which occurred before 28th January 2002, the principal Regulations shall continue to have effect as if the amendments made by these Regulations had not been made.
