Laid before Parliament 8th March 2004
Coming into force 1st April 2004
The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 3(2) and (4), 16(2) and 17 of the Road Traffic (NHS Charges) Act 1999, and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations–—
