# The Road Traffic (NHS Charges) (Scotland) Order 1999, Article 2: End of transitional period for Scotland


For the purposes of section 20(6) to (10) of the Road Traffic (NHS Charges) Act 1999, the day appointed as the end of the transitional period for Scotland is 30th June 1999.
