# Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1981, Article 102: Deposits under this Part


No part of any sum deposited by any person with the Accountant-General of the Supreme Court under Article 90(2)( b) or 93(1)( a) shall, so long as any liabilities, being such liabilities as are required to be covered by a policy of insurance under this Part, which have been incurred by that person have not been discharged or otherwise provided for, be applicable in discharge of any other liabilities incurred by him.
