  "heading": "Unfit and overloaded vehicles: offences",
  "text": "(1) A person who—\n(a) drives a vehicle in contravention of a prohibition under Article 77 or 79, or\n(b) causes or permits a vehicle to be driven in contravention of such a prohibition, or\n(c) fails to comply within a reasonable time with a direction under Article 79(3),\nis guilty of an offence.\n(2) The Department may by regulations provide for exceptions from paragraph (1).",
