  "heading": "Evidence by certificate as to registration of driving instructors and licences to give instruction.",
  "text": "(1) A certificate signed by the Registrar and stating that, on any date—\n(a) a person’s name was, or was not, in the register,\n(b) the entry of a person’s name was made in the register or a person’s name was removed from it,\n(ba) a person's registration was, or was not, suspended,\n(c) a person was, or was not, the holder of a current licence under section 129 of the Road Traffic Act 1988, or\n(d) a licence under that section granted to a person came into force or ceased to be in force,\nshall be evidence, and in Scotland sufficient evidence, of the facts stated in the certificate in pursuance of this section.\n(2) A certificate so stating and purporting to be signed by the Registrar shall be deemed to be so signed unless the contrary is proved.\n(3) In this section “current licence”, “Registrar” and “register” have the same meanings as in Part V of the Road Traffic Act 1988.",
