# The Road Traffic (Owner Liability) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2001, Regulation 2


In Forms FP1 and FP4 in Schedule 1 to the Road Traffic (Owner Liability) Regulations 2000 for the words “Clerk to the Justices” there shall be substituted the words “Chief Executive to the Justices”.
