# The Road Traffic Reduction Act 1997 (Commencement) (Scotland) Order 2000, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order brings into force, in relation to Scotland, the Road Traffic Reduction Act 1997 (c. 54) (“the Act”).
Article 2 provides that all the provisions of the Act shall come into force on 21st April 2000.
