# Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Application


This Part does not apply to—
(a) a motor vehicle which is a track-laying vehicle; or
(b) a motor vehicle which is not a track-laying vehicle but which is drawing one or more trailers any one of which is a track-laying vehicle.
