  "text": "(1) Nothing in this Act shall authorise a person to use on a road a vehicle so constructed or used as to cause a nuisance, or affect the liability, whether under statute or common law, of the driver or owner so using such a vehicle.\n(2) In this section, in its application to England and Wales, “nuisance” means a public or a private nuisance.",
