  "heading": "Provisions as to directions under s. 82(2)",
  "text": "(1) A direction under section 82(2) by the national authority shall be given by means of an order made by the national authority after giving public notice of the national authority's intention to make an order.\n( 2 ) A direction under section 82(2) by a local traffic authority shall be given by a strategic highways company or by means of an order made by the company or the authority.\n(3) Section 68(1)(c) of this Act shall apply to any order made under subsection (2) above.\n(4) The power of the Welsh Ministers to make an order under subsection (1) is exercisable by statutory instrument.",
