  "text": "(1) The Schedule to this Act (consequential amendments) has effect.\n(2) The following provisions are hereby repealed—\n(a) paragraph 4(1)(d) and (e) of Schedule 2 to the Road Traffic (Consequential Provisions) Act 1988, and\n(b) paragraphs 53 and 75 of Schedule 4 to the Road Traffic Act 1991.",
