  "long_title": "These Regulations amend the Road Transport (International Passenger Services) Regulations 1984. They provide thatthe fee of £110 prescribed by regulation 14(3) payable on application for an authorisation under the Regulations shall be increased to £125, andthe fee of £25 prescribed by regulation 14(4) in respect of each year of validity of a regular, or special regular, service authorisation shall be payable before the authorisation is issued rather than when the application for the authorisation is made.",
