  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations increase some of the fees that are payable under the Road Transport (International Passenger Transport Services) Regulations 1984 (“the principal Regulations”). These Regulations also change the definition of “Secretary of State” in regulation 2(1)(g) of the principal Regulations to the Secretary of State for Transport.\nThe changes are as follows:\nOLD FEE\nNEW FEE\nCertified copy of a regular service authorisation, special regular service authorisation, shuttle service authorisation or authorisation under regulation 14(2) of the principal Regulations\n£10\n£11\nApplication for a special regular service authorisation or an international passenger transport authorisation\n£140\n£160\nApplication for a regular service authorisation or shuttle service authorisation\n£144.20\n£163\nRegular or special regular authorisation – fee per year of validity of the authorisation\n£30\n£34\nA full regulatory impact assessment of the effect that this instrument will have on the costs of business is available from the Licensing, Roadworthiness and Insurance Division of the Department for Transport, Zone 5/20, Southside, 105 Victoria Street, London SW1P 4DR.",
