  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations increase the fees payable under the Road Transport (International Passenger Services) Regulations 1984.\nThe fee increases, with percentage increases, are shown in the table below. The fees were last increased on 30 August 2004.\nOld Fee\nNew Fee\n% increase\nApplication for a certified copy of an authorisation.\n£11\n£12\n9.1%\nApplication for a special regular service authorisation or international passenger transport authorisation.\n£160\n£168\n5.0%\nApplication for a shuttle service authorisation or regular service authorisation.\n£163\n£171\n4.9%\nAnnual renewal of a regular or special regular service authorisation.\n£34\n£36\n5.9%\nApplication for an own account certificate (each year).\n£5\n£6\n20.0%\nA full Impact Assessment of the effect that this instrument will have on the costs of business and the voluntary sector is available from: VOSA Corporate Office, Berkeley House, Croydon Street, Bristol BS5 0DA. The Impact Assessment is also annexed to the Explanatory Memorandum which is available alongside the Instrument on the OPSI website at www.opsi.gov.uk.",
