# The Road Transport Operator Regulations 2011, Regulation 3: Revocation

Extent: E+W+S

The following instruments are revoked—
(a) the Public Service Vehicle Operators (Qualifications) Regulations 1990;
(b) the Goods Vehicle Operators (Qualifications) Regulations 1999; and
(c) the Public Service Vehicle Operators (Qualifications) Regulations 1999.
