# The Road Transport Operator Regulations 2011, Regulation 7: Amendments to the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981 and the Transport Act 1985

Extent: E+W+S

(1) The 1981 Act and the Transport Act 1985 are amended in accordance with Schedule 1.
(2) Those amendments are subject to the transitional provisions in Part 1 of Schedule 3.
