# The Road Transport Operator Regulations 2011, Regulation 8: Amendments to the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995

Extent: E+W+S

(1) The 1995 Act is amended in accordance with Schedule 2.
(2) Those amendments are subject to the transitional provisions in Part 2 of Schedule 3.
