  "text": "(1) Section 16A (conditions as to matters required to be notified) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1)(a), for “section 14(1)” substitute “section 14ZA(2)”.\n(3) In subsection (1)(b)—\n(a) omit “relevant”;\n(b) for “section 14(1)(a) or (c)” substitute “section 14ZA(3)(a) and (b)”.\n(4) Omit subsection (2).",
