# The Road Transport Operator Regulations 2011, Paragraph 5: Amendments to the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981

Extent: E+W+S

(1) Section 16A (conditions as to matters required to be notified) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (1)(a), for “section 14(1)” substitute “section 14ZA(2)”.
(3) In subsection (1)(b)—
(a) omit “relevant”;
(b) for “section 14(1)(a) or (c)” substitute “section 14ZA(3)(a) and (b)”.
(4) Omit subsection (2).
