# The Road Transport Operator Regulations 2011, Paragraph 19

Extent: E+W+S

(1) Schedule 1 (meaning of “small goods vehicle”) is amended as follows.
(2) Omit paragraph 1.
(3) Before paragraph 2 insert—
“1A. A goods vehicle falls within this paragraph if the vehicle, or a vehicle combination including the vehicle, has a permissible laden mass not exceeding 3.5 tonnes”.
