# The Road Transport Operator Regulations 2011, Paragraph 6

Extent: E+W+S

(1) Section 15 (issue of operators’ licences) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (2)—
(a) for “subsection (5) or (6) of section 13” substitute “section 13C or 13D”;
(b) for “that section” substitute “section 13”.
(3) In subsection (4), for “section 13(8)” substitute “section 13C(7)”.
