# The Road Transport Operator Regulations 2011, Paragraph 7: Proceedings relating to transport manager: procedural provisions

Extent: E+W+S

Paragraphs 7A to 7C of Schedule 3 to the 1981 Act as inserted by paragraph 11(6) of Schedule 1, apply to proceedings under the 1981 Act that have been commenced, but not completed, before the commencement date.
