  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been made to correct errors in SI 2007/1520 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nHighways\nTunnels\nMade 18th January 2009\nLaid before Parliament 22nd January 2009\nComing into force 20th February 2009\nThe Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972, makes the following Regulations.\nThe Secretary of State has been designated for the purposes of section 2(2) in relation to measures relating to road tunnel safety and the safety of roads accessing road tunnels.",
