# The Road Vehicles (Approval) (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2009, Regulation 4: Consequential repeals of other legislation


Omit the following provisions—
(a) in the Road Traffic (Consequential Provisions) Act 1988 , in Schedule 3, paragraph 22;
(b) in the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994, in Schedule 3, paragraph 24(3)(b) and (4)(b);
(c) in the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 , in Schedule 1, paragraph 69.
