# The Road Vehicles (Authorisation of Special Types) (General) Order 2003, Article 41: Track-laying vehicles: recognised category

Extent: E+W+S

(1) Track-laying motor vehicles or trailers are a recognised category of special vehicles.
(2) Paragraph (1) does not include any track-laying vehicle that falls within any other recognised category of special vehicles.
