  "text": "The authorisation requirements for straddle carriers are—\n(a) the requirements specified in article 47;\n(b) the Construction and Use Regulations apart from—\n(i) regulation 7 (length);\n(ii) regulation 8 (width);\n(iii) regulation 11 (overhang);\n(iv) regulation 16(4) (braking systems);\n(v) regulation 18(1A) to (9) (braking; maintenance and efficiency);\n(vi) regulation 22 (springs and resilient material);\n(vii) regulation 66 (plates);\n(c) the Authorised Weight Regulations; and\n(d) the Lighting Regulations.",
