  "text": "Schedule 2 shall be amended by adding—\n(a) to Table 3, the following new items—\n13\nArticulated vehicles satisfying each of the conditions specified in sub-paragraphs (4) and (5)\n6 or more\n44,000\n14\nRigid motor vehicles towing a trailer satisfying each of the conditions specified in sub-paragraphs (2), (4) and (5)\n6 or more\n44,000\nand\n(b) at the end, the following sub-paragraph—\n“(5) The condition referred to in items 13 and 14 of Table 3 is that the vehicle is fitted with a low pollution engine;”.",
