# The Road Vehicles (Authorised Weight) (Amendment) Regulations 2001, Regulation 3: Amendment of the Road Vehicles (Authorised Weight) (Amendment) Regulations 2000


(1) The Road Vehicles (Authorised Weight) (Amendment) Regulations 2000 shall be amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 3, paragraph (2) shall cease to have effect.
