  "text": "Road Traffic\nMade 5th July 2023\nComing into force 6th July 2023\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 41(1), (2)(d), (3) and (5) of the Road Traffic Act 1988 (the “1988 Act”).\nRepresentative organisations have been consulted in accordance with section 195(2) of the 1988 Act.\nIn accordance with paragraph 13(1) of Schedule 8 to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, a draft of this instrument has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.",
