Regulation 2 Amendment of Regulations

The Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986^f1 are amended as follows.

In paragraph 7 of Part 1 to Schedule 7B (emissions from certain motor vehicles), for sub-paragraph (b) substitute—

“(b)

“the emissions publication” is the publication entitled “In Service Exhaust Emission Standards for Road Vehicles – Nineteenth edition” (ISBN 978-1-84864-176-1) published by the Department for Transport.”.
