# The Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1990, Regulation 3: Amendments to regulation 3 (interpretation)


In the Table in regulation 3(2) the following entry shall be inserted in the appropriate place–
“
“off-road vehicle”
an off-road vehicle as defined in Annex I to Council Directive 70/156/EEC of 6th February 1970 as read with Council Directive 87/403/EEC of 25th June 1987.
”
