# The Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1998, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations amend the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986 by postponing to 1st July 1998 the date specified in regulation 61(10) and (10B)(c) of those Regulations (emissions in relation to amateur-built vehicles).
