# The Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1999, Section 1: Citation and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1999 and shall come into force on 31st July 1999.
